The staff were super attentive, I thought. The white company amenities in the bathroom were beautiful! The facilities were great TOO. I enjoyed the pool table in the bar area.
The tea and coffee station was very limited. I thought more was needed for the price of the room. Parking was A LOT of money! There was a tapping noise that started at 3:00am. I'm unsure where it was coming from.

The staff was so helpful and attentive! The hotel has great facilities that were well kept. I found the location convenient for walking into the city center. I appreciated the underground parking. It was convenient, even if it wasn't cheap.
The hairdryer plug needs some work. It had to be plugged in over the tea and coffee tray.

The swimming pool was great, and I even had it to myself. It felt so luxurious! The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, perfect for keeping up with a workout routine.

Breakfast had a lot of choices. the staff got me decaf coffee that wasn't even on the machine! Dinner was quite good, and the food was well worth the price. What a good experience!

the check in time is 4pm, which i thought was late. I found trays with room service items in the corridors, and they were not collected for hours. I did not like this aspect.
